Now we are looking for a Shipping Specialist who is ready to take up new challenges and opportunities within Lund supply chain organization. The person will join a strong and ambitious support team.

The Shipping Specialist position is based in Lund, Sweden.

About the job

For success in this role, you will:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with root cause analysis to optimize best practice workflows
• Have close collaboration with global stakeholders (Sales, Project Manager, LCT, Order Handling, Warehouse, Material Handling, Customs)
• Ensure transport is booked and organized in respect of customer demands in compliance with the legislation, customs rules, export control and in line with our internal procedures
• Issuing of shipping documents (Customs invoice, COO, EUR1, ATA carnet etc.)
• Develop and maintain guidelines
• Drive the dual use process on behalf of operations Lund & support other sites

Personal profile & qualifications

• You hold a shipping education and/or relevant experience from a similar position.
• You are familiar with Incoterms and master EU and international transport rules.
• You are service- and open-minded and act as a team player where you can be flexible and still persistent and persuasive when needed.
• You are an excellent communicator and networker with a holistic, customer-focused view.
• You speak and write Swedish and English at negotiation level.
• You are structured and maintain a positive and motivating attitude through challenges.
