About the position:

We are searching for a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the People Directory team within the Simployer suite. As part of this Product team, which includes a Tech Lead, four developers, one QA specialist, and one DevOps professional, you will be responsible for the most central component of the Simployer suite—the People Directory.

As a Product Manager, we expect you to be naturally focused and skilled at balancing day-to-day operations with the need for continuous discovery and long-term strategic planning for your product and category. Succeeding in this position requires a deep understanding of the challenges that arise when working at the intersection of people and technology.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather insights and define product roadmaps and feature priorities.
  • Translate customer feedback and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Work closely with the development team to drive the agile development process, providing guidance, clarifications, and resolving any issues that arise during implementation.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR Tech.
  • Act as a product evangelist, supporting sales and marketing teams with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and training materials.

Your expertise in stakeholder management is essential, including engaging with sales, marketing, engineering, and various customer types. Additionally, you have the ability to make tough decisions and stand by them.
