Role & Responsibilities:
As an AWS Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines on the AWS platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models.
- Developing and optimizing data pipelines to ensure efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Implementing data security and compliance measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data pipelines.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on AWS services and tools.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java for data manipulation.
- Experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
