Gero Life Science (GLS) is a research organisation devoted to deciphering the secrets of human aging and longevity. GLS is a small international non-profit organisation positioned in Europe. The organisation is currently in the early start-up phase which is why we are now looking to further expand our young and vibrant team.
The future candidate will be proactively working within the IT team of GLS. The key focus of the candidate will be to initiate the maintenance and further development of GLS’s web-based platform. This platform will allow clients of GLS to log their medical data and to receive insight from their data in a visually pleasing and digestible format.

Responsibilities consists of, and does not solely include: integrating platform with GCP products, developing new dashboards and creative visualisations within our framework, as well as maintaining proper logging of the activities of authenticated users; supporting in content creation and digital design.
This is a permanent, part-time (60-80% employment), remote role reporting to the CTO.
Who you are and what you bring
- A degree within computer science, data science or relevant field
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English (the right to work in the EU is required)
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently, and as part of a (small) team

- Extensive professional experience with React
- At least one year of professional experience with Next.js
