About the role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that Commercial and Supply chain deliverables are met in our upcomign launches, discontinuations and complex change projects. You will play an important link between the commercial and planning part of the company and get the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders all over the company, as well as outside of the company.
Your responsibilities:
Lead a project team with participants from relevant functions throughout the organization
Establish delivery plans that supports the commercial roll out plan
Plan, secure and project the global inventory development for the products involved
Act as Supply Chain Lead -one point of contact- on a Global level
Guide and Monitor product phase in/outs in launches and complex changes
Communication to relevant stakeholders
This role can be placed in one of our productions sites and we are looking for someone to be placed in Sweden, Hörby or Germany, Nieder-Olm. This means that travelling will be required from time to time. We offer a hybrid working model, and the terms for this set-up is decided locally.
About you
We are looking for someone with a general interest in the business and who can take on this role with a holistic approach, by this we are talking about someone with the capability to work with a strategic height and to still being able to dive into the nitty gritty details, when needed.
You will be working in an international environment with a lot of stakeholders, so to reach success we believe you should thrive working with others, be communicative and have the ability to take charge when needed.
We believe that hiring for potential is the best way for our company to grow. Still to be successful in this role you need to meet most of these criteria’s:
Higher Education, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics or Project Management or you have gained this knowledge trough work experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years fo experience from planning in a manufacturing industry
Fluent in English in both written and verbal.
Background in the Pharma/Medical Device Industry is an advantage since we work in a regulated environment
German is an advantage.
