To further strengthen our Nordic Organization we are now searching for our next colleague to join our Nordic Granting and Broker Support team.

We are the Nordic Granting and Broker Support team

Nordic Granting and Broker Support team is part of the Operations department of BNP Personal Finance. The team is located in Kista just outside of Stockholm. As a part of Granting and Broker Support, you will support our customers, partners and stakeholders. In this role, you will primarily specialize in credit worthiness assessments and maintaining a high level of service in the daily work by handling loan applications and being in contact with our customers and partners.

This is the role for you who want to specialize but at the same time have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience across the entire Operation area such as Customer Care, Collection and Back Office.

Main duties

Credit worthiness assessment
Control and validate customer documentation
Secure best possible customer-/and partner service and support though phone and email
Help achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives of your team and, more broadly, of your operational department
Know and follow the safety methods, processes and rules for your activity
Contribute to your team’s cohesiveness and efficiency
Understand the customer's and/or partners underlying issues and identifies the right solutions
Provide a complete and an accurate solution to the customers or partners questions
Represent the company in each individual work-related contact opportunity in a committed, competent and responsible manner based on the company's core values
With a positive attitude and energy in an accurate and active way focus on achieving both personally set goals as well as set group- and departmental goals

About you

You have knowledge of customer service and have good communication skills oral and written. You are flexible, self- driven and you have analytical skills in regards of assessing applications within credit guidelines.
