Job Description

The role of Team Manager Maintenance means that you lead, distribute and support the daily maintenance work. You will have a key role in the maintenance department and direct staff responsibility for our 12 Technicians. One of your focus areas as Team Manager is to drive efficiency at all stages by continuously following up maintenance work and improving working methods and processes. As Team Manager for maintenance operations, you focus on developing the team's full potential. You are used to clarifying the expectations of your employees and ensuring that they have the conditions to succeed in their jobs.

You report directly to Manager Maintenance

Your main duties will consist of:

  • Ensure that sufficient resources are in place to manage day-to-day operations
  • Employee and feedback talks, follow-ups and feedback of the maintenance work that the technicians work with in both the work environment and safety.
  • You are expected to be actively out in the business and meet your staff.
  • Plan and hold pulse meetings, ensure goal fulfillment and work for a good working environment where safety is the priority.
  • Together with the employee at the individual level, establish goals and activities.
  • Improve working methods, free up time, develop and streamline maintenance
  • Ensure capacity, quality and competence through training and standardised work.
  • Drive improvement work for processes, working methods and routines in maintenance.
